Guild patch note 3.11
04/21/2009 16:48 by aria.

Rank Changes: The rank of Admin Officer has been removed and replaced with the rank of Officer, a new rank of Co-Guildmaster has been added. Oliblish now holds the rank of Co-Guildmaster, and new Officers will be selected. There is also a change to the rank of Guildmaster not IRL only a toon change. Jason's Rogue Quietime will go from Guildmaster to Officer, and Jason's Priest Ordinance will go from Officer to Guildmaster. This is for easier access to Guild Controls due to the fact that Quietime will now be mainly PVP and back-up dps, and Ordinance will now become Jason's main.

Structure Changes: All Level 80 Characters will now be labeled in Guild Notes as Red Team or Blue Team. Red Team and Blue Team labels apply to all 10 Man Raids both farming and progression. Oliblish and Ordinance are the Blue Team Leaders, Red Team Leaders will be selected shortly and will hold the same authority over the Red Team members of the Guild. Thus concerning all 10 Man Raids you will consult your Team Leaders, ie. if they tell you that you can PUG then you can PUG. This only pertains to 10 Man Raids. There are no changes to loot rules, ie. the gear is main spec first given to whom the gear will upgrade the most, in the rare case where two or three people have equal gear and an upgrade drops then the item will be rolled on.

New Raiding Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday "10 Man Raids" -set up by your Team Leader. (10 Man PUGs can be authorized on case by case through Team Ldr). Friday and Saturday "25 Man Raids"- set up by Oliblish and any PUGing of 25 Man Raids must be cleared through Oliblish failure to do this will result in Guild removal. If you are on-line on Friday and Saturday it is expected that you will be available for 25 Man Raids. NO 10 MAN RAIDS ON FRIDAY OR SATURDAY!!! Sunday and Monday are free days nothing scheduled, also if the Guild has not used you by Sunday for a raid then you may Pug that raid then either 10 Man or 25 Man no permission is needed no negative actions will be taken.

Important To Remember: When a full Guild Run -Guild Loot rules apply. Only Oliblish will plan 25 Man Raids, Team Leaders plan any 10 Man Raid. No Blue Team Member will Raid with the Red Team, and no Red Team member may raid with the Blue Team in 10 Man Raids. Teams only apply to 10 Man Raids all will raid together in 25 Man Raids. If you are in the Blue Team and you are short a player you may NOT take a Red Team member to your raid and vice versa UNLESS the player has already been told by their Team Leader they can PUG. That is right a Blue Team member in a Red Team raid is a PUG, the only difference is Guild Loot rules still apply. No Team Leader will plan any Raid on Friday-Monday. The Co-Guildmaster will plan all Friday and Saturday Raids and Sunday and Monday are free days for finishing up old raids or PUGing if you haven't done the raid yet and you desire to do so. Therefore Team Leaders may lead raids on Sunday and Monday however raids will not be scheduled for these days on the calendar. Basically anything goes on Sunday and Monday and the calendar will be left open. ALL OF THE ABOVE WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED!!!

Quietime/Ordinance
