I will not have requirements when it comes to raiding per se. However, before going on any raids I will look at your gear and spec to see if you
are able to go. The reason I do this is because I am a strong believer in gear comes second to skill. Even if your gear is a little below someone
elses that doesnt mean you will do lower dps or you will be less beneficial to the raid. Also, I will be keeping track of each warriors progress
while raiding.
