I'm starting this thread in order to weed out the players who should be raiding with us, cause no offense I've seen some pretty fucking retarded shit from paladins.

If you want to raid you need to make sure you have the following, if you don't, don't be be surprised if your booted from guild runs.

1.) Have pally power. A must. I don't care if your computer sucks, you don't have this you don't raid. So much time is wasted in trying to figure out who buffs what when Paladins don't have this mod. Don't waste time the raids time, every minute you waste in trying to figure this out multiply it by 25. One minute wasted, that's 25 minutes wasted collectively for people. Enough is enough, it is embarrassing as you class leader if you don't have this mod and I allow you to raid.

2.) I expect you know your rotations as Ret. Ret rotations are one of the easiest in the game, you should be doing 2k+ dps easy! Go read EJ forums if your having troubles doing this.

I'll be updating this as I have more time, but this is a start.
